Garmong_FrontA ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the Commerce Shell Building will be held this Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

The ceremony marks the culmination of over three years of planning and construction for the 45,000 sq. ft. building, which is the first of its kind in Marshall County.  A majority of businesses today that are searching for a site to expand or locate a new facility start by looking for an available building.  The benefit of such a building within Marshall County is that we can respond quickly to businesses interested in expanding to a location to begin operations.

The building is immediately expandable up to 135,000 sq. ft., and has an interior that can easily be finished to any specifications within a short timeframe reducing permitting and construction costs.

Speakers at the event will include Mayor Mark Senter, Plymouth; Bill Davis, Board Chairman of the Marshall County EDC; James Faulstich, Board President of the Plymouth Industrial Development Corporation; and Mike Miley, Vice President of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission.

The event will take place in the building located at the northwest corner of Pioneer Drive and Commerce Street in the PIDCO Commerce Industrial Park.
