Plymouth Police carOn Monday, May 4th Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman arrested 19 year old Dakota Wayne Elder of Know on a warrant through Marshall County.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

On Tuesday morning, May 5th Officer Workman served a warrant on 28 year old Jack Clemons of Plymouth.  The warrant was through Marshall County.  About 2:10 Officer Workman served 19 year old Cody Edge a warrant for his arrest at Plymouth High School.

Tuesday evening about 6:45 Officer Stuart Krynock responded to 900 West Harrison Street for a domestic disturbance complaint.  During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Daughtery, one of the subjects involved was wanted on a warrant for court costs and fines.  Daughtery was booked into the County Jail.

On Wednesday morning at 9:10 on May 6th Officer Workman stopped a vehicle at Plum and Adams Streets for an expired license plate.  The driver, 27 year old Devin Gast of Plymouth was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license with a prior charge.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

At 1:13 Wednesday Officer Workman arrested 21 year old James Clemons of Plymouth on a warrant through Marshall County.  He was transported to the County Jail.

Thursday afternoon about 3:30 Officer Krynock conducted a traffic stop at Adams and Beerenbrook.  30 year old Cassandra Wilds of Plymouth was found to be driving while the status of her license was suspended with a prior charge.  Wilds was transported to the jail and housed on a $755 cash bond.

 

      Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
