Shoplifting04/21/15  On Saturday, April 17th Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre responded to Pak-A-Sak located at 520 West Jefferson Street in reference to a male subject being detained by the cashier after attempting to leave the store with concealed items that had not been paid for.   Officer McIntyre apprehended 18 year old Anthony Bitler of Monterey and transported him to the Marshall County Jail.  Bitler was held on a $755 cash bond and released on April 19th with no judicial review.   He will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on May 26th.
