Arrested_handcuffOn September 11, 2014 the Plymouth Police Department received a report from an employee of the Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic in Plymouth regarding a customer that had provided false information on financial documents. Further investigation by Detective Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department revealed that the customer had provided a fictitious name and forged a document.

An investigation revealed that the suspect’s name was Judy Babinski.  Babinski was not located at that time of the incident, however an Arrest Warrant was issued for her arrest and on Friday, April 10, 2015, Detective Leo Mangus received information on the current whereabouts of Judy Babinski.  Mangus then located and arrested Judy Babinski at her residence in South Bend on April 10.

Babinski was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond at 10:30 in the morning and was able to bond out at 10:45 that evening.
