Meth_601Randolph_2The Indiana State Police was assisting the Marshall County Probation Department in completing home visits on Thursday when they checked a home and located meth.

Just before 10 a.m. they arrived at 601 Randolph Drive to conduct a home check on a probationer.   Arriving at the residence, meth lab items, meth, meth paraphernalia, marijuana, and other drug items were located.

Meth_601Randolph_3Three subjects were arrested and transported to the Bremen Post: 50 year old Earlana Jones, 39 year old Jennifer Warren and 35 year old Christopher Williams were all incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail.

All three were charged with maintaining a common nuisance, manufacturing/dealing in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, and neglect of a dependant.

Meth_601Randolph_4All information from the State Police investigation is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
