Fulton County Sheriff, Christopher D. Sailors is warning residents to beware of thefts of dogs.
Several theft reports of dog have come in from along the Nickel Plate Trail area. Approximately six dogs have been stolen predominantly near the Macy/Deedsville area in Miami County. The Miami County Sheriff’s Department is actively being investigating the thefts.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a light blue, older, full size van with wood trim that was possibly seen occupied with two males.
Fulton county residents are asked to report anything suspicious activity or if they see a vehicle fitting this description.
