SyntheticDrugOn Wednesday, January 21 about 5:40 p.m. the Marshall County 9-1-1 dispatch center advised the Bremen Police Department of a possible impaired driver who was northbound on State Road 331 from 7th Road, south of Bremen.

At 5:45 p.m. Bremen Officers located and stopped the vehicle at State Road 331 and 2B Road. After an investigation by Bremen Officers it was determined that the driver was impaired. Officers also located synthetic marijuana in the vehicle.

Chad Hartsell, 33 years of age from Bremen was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Operating While Intoxicated and Possession of synthetic marijuana.  His cash bond was set at $1,505 and he was given a February 10th court date in Superior Court II.
