19 year old John Richard Urbano of Rensselaer was arrested by Plymouth Police Wednesday night after the department received a call of possible drug activity in a suspicious vehicle.

Plymouth Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched about 9:15 to the First Federal Savings Bank parking lot at 2113 North Michigan Street for possible drug activity.  During his investigation a clear plastic baggie was discovered containing a green leafy substance which field tested positive for marijuana.

John Urbano was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond.  He bonded out shortly after 9 a.m. January 1st and was given an initial hearing date of January 20th in Marshall Superior Court II.
