Wednesday morning about 5:45 Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a Volkswagen Jetta for littering. The driver, Lorana Medina, 32, from Warsaw was found to have never obtained a driver’s license. Not only did she not have a license, but there was no insurance on the vehicle.
Ms. Medina signed a written promise to appear for court for operator never licensed and the vehicle was impounded by Reichert and Knepp Towing.
