ArrestedThursday morning about 1:45 the Marshall County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center received a report of a domestic battery at a residence in the 16,000 block of Sheryl Court in Plymouth.

MugShot_Chad SmithCounty police officers responded to the home and after an investigation 40 year old Chad Wayne Smith was arrested for strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child under the age of 16 and battery by bodily waste.

MugShot_Toni Lehman41 year old Toni Jeanne Lehman of the same address was also arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and battery by bodily waste.

Both were transported to the Marshall County jail where Smith is being held on a $3,005 cash bond and Lehman has a $1,505 cash bond. The couple are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on January 20th.

Child Protective Services was called to the scene for the youth.
