32 year old Jon Shepherd of North Manchester was arrested Tuesday morning just after 11 for operating while under the influence of a controlled substance.
A 9-1-1 call to the Marshall County Dispatch Center advised of a van all over the roadway on US 31. The vehicle turned west on to 11th Road and Plymouth Police Officer John Weir located the vehicle and was able to stop him at Michigan and Chester Streets for a couple traffic violations.
Shepherd was determined to be under the influence of controlled substances and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
