OWIOn Sunday, November 23rd at 7:00 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart responded to a domestic disturbance at 2401 North Michigan Street at lot 12. As officers arrived at the location 57 year old John J. Boyne of Plymouth said he had a few beers that evening and would wait for a family member to arrive to pick him due to his intoxication. A short time later officers learned that Boyne had left in his vehicle.

He was located heading southbound on State Road 17 and a traffic stop was initiated on Queen Road just south of State Road 17. Boyne was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond.

Later Sunday night at 9:33 P.M. Officer Matthew Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop at US 30 and Oak Drive. 40 year old Bobby J. Whyde of Plymouth was found to be operating while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail and held on a $1,505 .
