On Sunday, October 26, the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding sexual activity involving a 13 year old female and a 20 year old male named Devante Halcomb.
Detective Leo Mangus began an investigation which revealed that two sexual encounters had taken place in Plymouth around October 6th and the 11th of this year.
Devante Halcomb was located and interviewed on Monday, October 27. He was then booked into the Marshall County Jail with a charge of Child Molesting as a Level 3 Felony. A cash bond has been set at $50,000.00.
