marijuana-cuffsOn Wednesday, October 22nd at approximately 8:24 p.m. Patrolman Bryant with the Marshall County Police conducted a traffic stop on a Buick passenger car for an equipment violation near the intersection of U.S. 30 and Redwood Road.

MugShot_Bryan JosephDuring the course of the traffic stop Marijuana was located on the passenger Breann Mayea and inside the vehicle. Ms. Mayea and the driver Bryan Joseph were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana.

MugShot_Breann MayeaMs. Mayea later bonded out for $500.00 cash. Mr. Joseph is currently still lodged with a $1000.00 cash bond. Officer Bryant was assisted at the scene by Deputy McFarland and Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer.
