OWIAn officer with the Marshall County Police Dept. initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 30 in the area of Oak Road Thursday night, October 16th just before midnight. Through the investigation it was believed that the driver, 28 year old Lodden Butler-Hart of Auburn, IN was under the influence of a controlled substance.

Butler-Hart was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated Endangering a person with a prior charge and operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance. His bond was set at $1,500 cash and he was issued a court date of November 18, in Superior Court II.
