Wednesday night about 10:30 Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman was taking a report from a subject at 1065 Lincolnway East who reported that a male subject named Joe had taken a vehicle and had been gone for over an hour and a half. While taking the report, the car pulled off Lincolnway East and into the parking lot at 1065.
It was learned that the driver, 37 year old Joe Giron of Plymouth did not have a driver’s license and he was found was to be intoxicated.
Mr. Giron was transported to the County Jail and held on charges of operating without ever receiving a license and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. His cash bond was set at $1,505.
