Plymouth Police arrested two men Tuesday evening in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
City officers were dispatched to the alley behind the 700 block of West Washington Street about 9:15 Tuesday night and located a couple of suspects.
Officer Matthew Emenhiser conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 38 year old Brian R. Braden of Harrison Street in Plymouth and 40 year old Jakie Dean of Washington Street in Plymouth. Through the investigation it was discovered that Braden was in violation of a protective order and was allegedly battered by Dean.
Dean was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond for battery resulting in bodily injury while Braden was held on a $1,505 cash bond for invasion of privacy with a prior charge.
