On Sunday, August 31st at 9:15 P.M. Plymouth Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to 610 West Adams Street in reference to a report of subjects with baseball bats attempting to enter the residence at 610 West Adams Street.
Dispatch advised of a dark colored Dodge Durango that had just left the residence heading east on Adams Street. Officer Emenhiser observed the vehicle and a pursuit ensued until the suspect stopped at the intersection of Walnut and Madison Streets.
A suspect in the vehicle, 36 year old Gregory A. Brown of Plymouth was arrested for possession of marijuana, intimidation and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 Bond.
