Friday morning, 23 year old Joshua N. Addison of Indianapolis was in the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. When he left the office they called Plymouth Police and reported that a suspended male subject had left their office and got into a vehicle as the driver.
At 10:15 Officer Ray West located the suspect at the intersection of Center and Monroe Streets and conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation it was found that Joshua Addison was suspended with a prior conviction. He was arrested without incident and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
