Police HandcuffsFriday evening just after 10 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre observed a passenger car northbound on Michigan Street with no lights on. The officer pulled the vehicle over and a subsequent investigation revealed that the driver, 18 year old Josiah Abair of Madison Street in Plymouth had never received a license. Mr. Abair was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

About 11:20 Friday night Plymouth Officer Gary Cleveland was dispatched to 315 Garro Street apartment 309 for the report of an underage drinker. A 14 year old boy was found to be present and under the influence of alcohol. The apartment belongs to 20 year old Thomas Potts who admitted to having knowledge of the juvenile drinking in his apartment. The juvenile drinker was released to his father and will be charged. Mr. Potts was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for contributing as an A misdemeanor.

Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop Sunday morning at 12:16 near Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail. 18 year old Trenton Briles of Shadylane in Plymouth was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol. He was held in the County Jail for the required time and then released on bond.
