On Tuesday, June 3rd, Menominee Elementary School in Plymouth held its spring Title 1 event, titled “Literacy Luau”.
Students were able to participate in several literacy themed activities, including participating in a Read-in, listening to a story from our librarian, Mrs. Roth, and playing literacy games.
Students were also able to complete a craft, participate in a sing-along with Mr. Pickell and have their photo taken in the “photo booth”. Miss Marie from the Plymouth Public Library was also gracious enough to visit the students and speak to them about the summer reading program.
