02/10/14  On Thursday, February 6th at 11:22 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop on 26 year old William Z. Wright of Plymouth. After a brief investigation Mr. Wright was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge of the same offense. He was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.

Later that night at 7:10 P.M. Officer Benjamin McIntyre located and arrested 48 year old Norman Northcutt of Plymouth at McDonalds for an active warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear for Court Costs and Fines.  Mr. Northcutt was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $125.00 bond. He was later released that night at 8:35 P.M. after posting bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
