11/19/13 Kayla Shaffer, a member of the Culver Community girls’ basketball team has undertaken a major fundraising project. She is doing donation drives during some of the Lady Cavaliers home basketball games. The following organizations will benefit from her work:
November 21st-Wabash @ 6:00- Marshall County Humane Society
December 3rd- Rochester @ 7:30- Marshall County Hospice
January 2nd- Oregon Davis @ 8:00- American Cancer Society
January 17th- Triton @ 6:00- Riley’s Children’s Hospital
Shaffer will have collection buckets for cash donations but will also take any donations for the Humane Society like pet food, blankets, towels, and cat litter.
