10/14/13 On Thursday, October 10th at 8:26 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson Street and Coventry Court. During the course of his investigation the driver, 42 year old Michael E. Brantley of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator for Life. Mr. Brantley was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $10,005.
Later Thursday afternoon at approximately 4:45 p.m. Officer Joe Deisch responded to the Red Rock Inn at 2550 North Michigan Street in reference to a fight complaint. Arriving at the scene officers located and arrested 28 year old Christopher L. Scott of Plymouth for public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges. He was held on a $1,005 bond. Also arrested was 39 year old Jason K. Sheridan of Plymouth. He was lodged in the county jail for theft, public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges and held on a $3,005 bond. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail.
On Friday, October 11th at approximately 12:56 a.m. Officer Gary Cleveland responded to a fight at 508 South Michigan Street. He found three subjects under the influence of alcohol and identified as minors. Arrested was 20year old Kristy Clemons who resides at the South Michigan Street address, 19 year old Demetruis Hurt of Muncie and 19 year old Marvin Montgomery of Plymouth. All three subjects was transported to the Marshall Count Jail and booked on Illegal Consumption charges and held on $255 bonds.
