09/16/13  On Wednesday, September 11th at approximately 9:40 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman responded to 905 Berkley Street, Apartment 35 in reference to a medical call.  Arriving on the scene it was discovered that the patient’s daughter, 46 year old Brenda L. Duncan of Plymouth had an active felony warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear.  While taking Duncan into custody she was found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine and Marijuana.  Duncan was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $3,005 bond.

A short time later at 10:11 Wednesday night Officer Matthew Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop in the Oakhill Cemetery after receiving a complaint of a suspicious vehicle.  During the traffic stop Officer Emenhiser made contact with and arrested 37 year old Jamie L. Spaid of Plymouth for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.  Mr. Spaid was transported to the County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.  He was released on Thursday, September 12th after posting his cash bond and will appear October 15th in Superior Court II for his initial hearing.
