07/08/13 Plymouth Police served several warrants last week.  On Tuesday Officer Derek Workman located 19 year old Bandon S. Price at 919 Pearl Street just before 10 p.m.  He was taken into custody and held with no bond for a failure to appear warrant on a misdemeanor charge. 

Wednesday evening July 3rd about 6:30 Officer Jeremy Enyart was on patrol and during a routine traffic stop discovered that the passenger in the vehicle, 35 year old Michelle L. Rzepczynski of Montery had an active warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.  She was held in the Marshall County Jail on no bond.

A bit later Wednesday night about 10:30 Officer Jessie Pippenger located 36 year old Brian R. Braden of Plymouth near the intersection of Fourth and Jackson Streets.  Braden was taken into custody on a Marshall County warrant on a civil contempt with a bond of $15,000. 

The final warrant was served on July 4th about 3:45 in the afternoon.  City police knew that 31 year old Mark Weaver of Plymouth had a warrant for civil contempt and that he would be dropping off his child at the Carriage Green Apartments.  After dropping off the child, and pulling away in his vehicle a traffic stop was made at the corner of Dora Lane and Ed Cook Boulevard.  Weaver was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where he was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
