07/08/13 During a routine traffic stop on Sunday evening June 30th about 6:10 Plymouth Officer Jeremy Enyart discovered that the driver, 35 year old Juan Carlos Cantero-Lancon of Plymouth had never been issued a license to drive.  Cantero-Lancon was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond.  He was released an hour later after posting bond.

On Tuesday, July 2nd just before 8 p.m. Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Street, south of Skylane Drive.  The driver, 41 year old Marites D. Lennox of Plymouth was found to be driving while suspended with a prior charge.  She was lodged in the County Jail on a $755 cash bond which was paid at 10:50 p.m. and she was released with a court date of July 30th in Superior Court II.

About 4:50 in the afternoon on the 4th of July Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 32 year old Ronald E. Johnson of Rochester for driving a vehicle with a suspended license.  He was also driving without financial responsibility and operating a motorcycle without a license endorsement.  Johnson was booked into the County Jail on a $755 cash bond and bonded out at 7:40 p.m. with a Superior Court II initial hearing date of July 30th.

Just before midnight on the 4th of July Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper was checking a stopped vehicle in Packard’s Woods Park.   He observed a male subject standing in the street with some beer bottles.  When asked what he was doing the suspect, 37 year old Leonel Riveria he was talking with a friend and then going home.  Officer Stamper asked Mr. Riveria to come speak with him and when he did, the officer observed Riveria throw something in the driver’s window of the friend’s vehicle.  Officer Stamper located the item, a clear plastic baggy corner containing a white powder in the vehicle.  At that point Mr. Riveria was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail for public intox.  and possession of a controlled substance.  The while powder was later field tested and tested positive for cocaine.  Riveria’s bond was set at $1,505 and paid at 4: 30 a.m. July 5th. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court II on August 27th for his initial hearing.
