Bush Arrested for Battery and P.I.

  05/29/13  On May 27, 2013 at 10:09 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the 700 block of 1^st Street in Plymouth in reference to a physical altercation at that location. The caller told police that a knife was involved.  Arriving on the scene it was determined that the suspect, 23 year old John R. Bush Jr. of the 1^st Street address had placed a knife against the neck of the victim causing a small injury on his neck.

John R. Bush Jr. had left the residence but police were able to locate him a short time later.

Detective Leo Mangus located witnesses and after everyone had been questioned Bush Jr. was booked into the Marshall County Jail for battery with a deadly weapon as a class D felony and public intoxication as a class B misdemeanor.  His bond was set at $10,000.00.
