04/28/12 The ultimate experience in delicious food and casual dining is here, as Swan Lake Resort announces that our exciting new restaurant, Dickie’s, will be officially open to the public on May 2, 2013.
The restaurant has been completely re-imagined with new décor and a new menu conceived by award-winning chef Zachary Lucchese.
Dickie’s is named after Richard Klingler, one of the owners of Swan Lake Resort. The only child of Hughlin and Leota Klingler, as a small boy he was lovingly referred to as “Dickie” by his mother. Swan Lake President Pam Smith designed the completely renovated dining room as well as the bar, where diners will enjoy live music, delicious fare and their favorite beverages while basking in the intimate green glow of the lighted bar top.
Under chef Zachary Lucchese’s leadership, the restaurant’s fresh new menu offers a modern twist on American classics with farm-to-fork cuisine, specializing in ingredients sourced from the best of our local producers. Chef Lucchese is known throughout the region for his fabulous steaks. Guests are invited to try the Cowboy Steak, which weighs in at a whopping 16 ounces!
There will also be an extended wine and beer list with a wide variety of draft and local microbrewery selections.
Swan Lake Resort is located just off State Road 30 with easy access from U.S. 31.
