03/21/13 On Sunday, March 17th at 2:57 A.M. the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of several underage subjects consuming alcohol and fighting outside of a residence in the 11,000 block of Plymouth-Goshen Trail. Patrolman Nicholas Laffoon responded to the location and discovered a large party with several underage individuals consuming alcohol.
Marshall County officers cited 13 individuals ranging in age from 17 to 20 for minor consumption. Formal charges are pending through the Marshall County Prosecutors Office. Assisting on the scene was Marshall County Officers Rick Prater, Travis O’Neal and Reserve Officer Dustin Kreft.
