04/01/13 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. Their lengthy agenda includes Brent Liechty from New Wine Church who will discuss a title restriction. Susan Lechlitner from the Marshall County Health Department will present quotes for a new vehicle and County Treasurer Deb VanDeMark will seek approval to extend office hours next month for the May 10th Property Tax collection date.
Tony Nyers from the Healy Group will give the quarterly update to the County Commissioners on their insurance coverage and Del Wenzel developer of Pineview Subdivision will discuss the requirement for a performance and or maintenance bond.
The Commissioners will hear the request of Judge Dean Colvin to have a court services contract while Neal Haeck, County Highway Superintendent will discuss the activities of his department and the Town of Culver will be on hand to seek GIS data from the County.
The Commissioner meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
