01/17/13 On Saturday, January 12th at 2:30 PM, Plymouth Police Officer James Brown initiated a traffic stop at Michigan and Webster Streets on 25 year old, Eliseo Tlahuetl of Warsaw. The traffic stop was for an unsafe lane change. During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Tlahuetl had never received an Indiana Driver’s License. He was issued a traffic ticket with a court date of Tuesday, February 12th.
On Tuesday, January 15th at approximately 10:30 AM, Officer Mark Owen responded to the 100 block of North Walnut Street in reference to a domestic battery that had occurred. Arriving on the scene, 31 year old Susan Suire of Plymouth was taken into custody on domestic battery charges after getting into a physical fight with her live in boyfriend. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in on a $755.
