01/07/13 On Wednesday, January 3rd at approximately 10:00 AM, Plymouth Police Officer Mark Owen received information that 39 year old, Todd Kring of Plymouth had an active warrant out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear on a Civil Contempt and that he was residing in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Street. Responding to the tip, Officer Owen arrived at the location, located Mr. Kring and took him into custody on a $10,400 bond.
While at the residence contact was also made with 28 year old, Brandie Tomblin of Plymouth who had active warrants through Marshall County for dealing and or delivering Methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and for possession of Methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. She was taken into custody on a $50,005 bond.
Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they are being held for their charges.
