Bremen_police_black and whiteThe Bremen Police Department released the Activity Report for October 16th to October 22nd.  During the reporting period officers wrote 74 traffic warnings and 20 traffic citations.  There were no crash reports during this time period.

Bremen Police did make five arrests, on October 16th Antonio Corona of Monterey was arrested for Operator Never Licensed and on the 17th Lindsey McCann of Middlebury was booked into the County Jail of Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Substance and Ryan Stratton of Nappanee was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person.  On October 18th Stephen Abair of Plymouth was arrested by Bremen Police for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Operating Without Proof of Financial Responsibility.  The final arrest during the reporting period was on October 22nd when Denny J. Perez of Bremen was arrested for Attempted Residential Entry, Criminal Trespass and Minor Consuming.

The Bremen Fire Department responded to three calls during the reporting period of October 16th to the 22nd.  On October 19th firefighters responded to a residential fire at 20065 Osborne Road.  There was a commercial fire alarm at 3659 Destiny Drive and on the 21st firefighters assisted Nappanee Fire with a field fire at 8884 W. Hepton Road.

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
