12/31/12 Thirty-eight year old Matthew Girres of Plymouth was arrested Thursday, December 27th at the Marshall County Probation Office.
Plymouth Police were notified by the Probation Department of a client in their office who had a felon warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Matt Girres was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail for a probation violation. His bond was set at $1,505 cash and he was able to post bond within four hours and was released.
Girres is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court #1 on January 8th.
