12/18/12 On Sunday, December 16th at approximately 7 AM Deputy Les McFarland along with other officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to an automobile accident in the area of 9th Road between Quince Road and Lincoln Highway. Arriving on the scene officers were advised that the vehicle involved in the crash had went off the roadway and rolled over.
During the investigation it was believed that the driver, 26 year old Nathan W. Flora of Plymouth was intoxicated. Mr. Flora failed a consented chemical test and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505.
