12/18/12 Many of the morning exercise members, guests, and staff of Fitness Forum at LifePlex donated to their December Christmas Canned Goods Collection to benefit food pantries in the area. Members who donated at least 5 food items received a day pass to Fitness Forum to share with a friend or family member for their participation. The donated food will be divided between the Marshall County Neighborhood Center and the Bread of Life Food Pantry
