11/06/12 Hannah Jacobs, a junior at Plymouth High School, has recently been named as a 2013 Riley Champions presented by Kroger. This program honors patients from Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health who have inspired communities with their bravery and commitment to help others while overcoming medical challenges.
As a Riley Champion, Hannah will serve as an advocate and ambassador for Riley Hospital throughout 2013 by sharing her story and participating in special events. Hannah attended and was recognized at the Indiana Pacers game on November 3rd and as a Riley Coin Toss Kid at the November 4th Indianapolis Colts game.
On Thursday, November 15th, Hannah, along with the members of the 2013 Class of Riley Champions, will be honored by 1400 guests during the Riley Annual Luncheon.
