10/29/12 Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans was dispatched to Wal-Mart Thursday afternoon about 3:30 for a suspected shoplifter.
After an investigation 29 year old Nathan A Bandy of Lakeville was arrested for theft and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond. He was issued a November 20th court date in Superior Court I.
