10/23/12 On Friday, October 19th at 3:23 PM Officer Shanna Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Martin’s Supermarket in reference to two shoplifters. Upon arriving 43 year old Ricardo L. Mata of Plymouth and his wife 39 year old Tanya M. Mata were taken into custody for theft. They were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with bonds set at $1,505.
On Saturday, October 20th at 2:37 AM Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at Western Avenue and Hoham Drive on 45 year old Brenda L. Duncan of Plymouth. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Duncan was operating while intoxicated with a prior. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond. She was later released with no judicial review.
Later Saturday evening at 5:15 PM Plymouth Police were called to Martin’s Supermarket in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arriving 24 year old Garrett T. Gilpin of Plymouth fled from police in a 2006 Buick Rendezvous. Gilpin was later apprehended in the vicinity of Suter Road and taken into custody. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with theft, resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior charge. He was booked in with bond set at $1,505.
