10/15/12 On Monday, October 10th at 4:00 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans made contact with 32 year old Michael L. Pittman of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth at the corner of Liberty and Williams Street. He was taken into custody on disorderly conduct charges. Mr. Pittman was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,005.
A short time later at 6:43 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Upon his arrival 34 year old Rachael L. Hater of Warsaw was taken into custody for theft. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond. Hater was released at 12:45 AM on Tuesday, October 11th after posting bond.
