10/08/12 On Thursday, October 4th at 5:45 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Upon arriving at the store, 44 year old Nichelle M. Tauteris of Winamac was taken into custody for theft and was transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was booked in on a $1,505 cash bond. Tauteris was released at 10:37 PM after posting bond.
On Friday, October 5th at 1:49 AM Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop at Oak Drive and Lake Avenue on 24 year old Savannah Garcia of Plymouth. After further investigation it was discovered that Garcia had an active warrant through Marshall County. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County jail where she was held with no bond.
