09/10/12 Indiana State Police Trooper John Wilson stopped a vehicle for speeding on US 30 Thursday evening about 7:30. During the course of the traffic stop it was discovered that the driver, 27 year old Jonathon Baitcher of Chicago was in possession of marijuana, LSD and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Baither was also found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of marijuana.
Baither was booked into the Marshall County Jail for possession of marijuana, possession of a scheduled 1 narcotic, and possession reckless used to enhance. He is being held in the jail on a $4,505 cash bond.
