08/14/12 It is always good to have a fresh start and that is exactly what many students will be experiencing as they begin their career as Argos Jr.-Sr. High School students this week. To help this new experience be the best one possible, the Guidance Department at Argos Jr.-Sr. High School is hosting a New Student Orientation on Wednesday, August 15th from 11AM-2PM.
This annual event includes ice breakers, activities and special speakers designed to help students get accustomed to the building, staff and fellow students. The Guidance Department is assisted by students helpers, many of whom were also new to Argos Schools in years past so can lend an understanding ear to this year’s new students.
So all students in grades 7-12 that are new to Argos Jr.-Sr. High School are reminded to meet in the school lobby at 11AM this Wednesday for a time of fun and fellowship as they take the first step of their fresh start!
