08/08/12 On Friday, August 3rd, the Marshall County 911 Dispatch Center received a call in reference to a verbal argument between a landlord and a tenant in the 800 block of Michigan Street.
When Plymouth Officer Bridget Hite arrived on scene it was discovered that Brian J. Kelly 42, of Plymouth was intoxicated and had entered a residence without permission. Kelly was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for residential entry and public intoxication. Mr. Kelly was given a $1,500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28that 8:30am.
