08/07/12 On Thursday, August 2nd, Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Theresa L. Marzean 44, of Plymouth in the 14,000 block of Lincolnway after she was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County. Marzean was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she will wait for extradition.
On Friday, August 3rd at around 3:30pm, Officer Derek Workman arrested Mandi L. Polstra 33, of Rochester after she was found to be shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Polstra was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony, and was given a $3000.00 cash bond. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on September 18th at 8:30am.
On Saturday, August 4th around 12:38am, Sargent Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Center Street and Jefferson Street. Driver, Justine A. Lindsey 19, of Plymouth was arrested for driving without ever receiving a license. Lindsey was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28that 8:30am.
Officer Derek Workman arrested Timothy R. Brink 22, of Plymouth on Saturday, August 4th at 2:55am, after a traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of Adams and Plum Streets. Brink was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge. He was given a $1,500.00 cash bond. Brink is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 25th at 8:30am.
Then on Sunday, August 5th Sargent Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street and 6C Road. After an investigation the driver, Edward C. Bope 48, of LaPaz was arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bope was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1,500.00 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 21st at 8:30am.
