07/10/12 During the early morning hours of Friday, July 6th officers with the Marshall County UNIT (Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team) along with the Indiana State Police served a search warrant at the residence at 6540 9B Road in Plymouth.
Members of the UNIT removed approximately 74 marijuana plants, approximately 7 ounces of processed marijuana, smoking and manufacturing paraphernalia from the residence.
45 year old Garrett Jacobs of the 9B Road address was arrested at 9:55 a.m. and incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for manufacturing and dealing in marijuana. His bond was set at $1,500. Jacobs paid the bond at 8:45 p.m. on Friday and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 17th.
