07/03/12 On Tuesday, June 26th workers at the Auto Park located at 1829 West Jefferson Street contacted the Plymouth Police Department in reference that a customer came onto the lot and went through the employee’s vehicles removing items. After investigator Ted Brown viewed the video the female subject that was later identified as Linda Manns 49, of Knox. Investigator Brown with the assistance of Knox City Police Department was able to arrest Mann and she was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony. Manns was given a $1500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 10th.
On Wednesday, June 27th at 9:50pm, Officer Derek Workman responded to Wal-Mart and arrest of four suspects; Angela K. Binion 42 of Mishawaka, Rachel K. Belcher 27 of Mishawaka, Stephen W. Williams 28 of Mishawaka and Amanda S. Easton 30 of Mishawaka. All four were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Binion was arrested for possession of Methamphetamines, possession of a controlled substance, false informing and had an active warrant through LaPorte County; she was given a $3000.00 cash bond. Belcher was charged with theft, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing after being denied. A $3000.00 cash bond was placed for her release. Williams was arrested on possession of marijuana and three active warrants through Marshall County. His bond for all charges was set at $19,224.00. Easton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespass and was given a $3000.00 cash bond. All four subjects are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 31st.
On Friday, June 29th at 7:57pm, Officer Jason Dobbins arrested Wayne M. Davis 24, of Bremen after he failed to stop after an accident at the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street. Davis was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, public intoxication and failure to stop after an accident. Davis’s bond was set at $3000.00 cash. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 10th at 8:30am.
Officer Paul Stamper arrested Jasmine N. Hensley 21, of Rochester on Friday, June 29th around 11:54pm after she was found to be driving a vehicle while intoxicated. The traffic stop was conducted on Linclonway East where Hensley was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was booked in for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was given a $1500.00 cash bond. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 10th at 8:30am.
On Friday, June 30th around 7:40pm, Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested Jeffrey E. Samuels 37, of Plymouth when he was found in the parking lot of the Symphony Restaurant intoxicated. Samuels was transported to the County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and given a $1000.00 cash bond. Samuels is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 31st at 8:30am.
On Monday, July 2nd at 2:09am, Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth P. D. arrested Ashley N. Hughes 29, of Warsaw after she was found to be driving while suspended during a traffic stop conducted at North Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail. Hughes also had an outstanding warrant through Kosciusko County. She was transported to the County Jail where she was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond. Hughes is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 24th at 8:30am.
