07/02/12 The Marshall County Drainage Board will conduct a special meeting at 8:15 Monday morning in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.  The special meeting has been called to accept bids and open them for the Yellow River Bank Stabilization Project near the footbridge on LaPorte Street.

The Commissioners will meet beginning at 8:30 in the same meeting room.

The public hearing scheduled for the golf-cart ordinance has been postponed until the July 16th meeting.  The agenda does include the quarterly report by Linda Rippy on the activities at the Marshall County Museum.  County Plan Director, Ralph Booker will discuss an appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals and EMA Director Clyde Avery will give his monthly report.

Other items on the Commissioner’s agenda include the County Attorney’s report, Highway report, Auditor’s report and commissioner’s items.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comment and questions are welcomed.
