06/08/12 On Wednesday, June 6th around 6:45 p.m. Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson and Third Streets. It was determined that the driver, Sean Benner 22, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle intoxicated. Benner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level over .15% with a prior charge. His bond was set at $3000.00 cash. Benner is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 19th at 8:30am.
